Out & About | Outfit 31

I love tops that have this kind of backing. All I would need to make and outfit like this complete (since the weather where I live can be unpredictable) is a light cardigan or jacket.

A couple notes:
- I might be MIA for a week or so.  There's a few things I need to take care of.
- I'm currently working a new Save vs. Splurge list!
