Since I’ve was craving soup a couple days ago, I made some
chicken pho. The recipe is similar to the beef version, but this time I used two four inch pieces of ginger, which made the soup taste even better.
Tips:
If you don’t have anise seeds, or cloves, try adding
a one or two teaspoons (or more if you desire) of Chinese five spice.
Have some leftover chicken? Try adding it to a salad.
