Just like there's a good, and bad side to everything, watching beauty channels, and reading beauty blogs aren't exceptions. I have a note book that I use to list products that I think I would like thanks to beauty gurus.
Fortunately, I'm able to edit the list (which is pretty long) by looking up reviews by non beauty gurus to get an idea if I should get it or not. (Yes. I know this is an obvious thing to do, but there are times where it's unfortunately easy to not do this step; either because we're busy, too excited get it, or don't feel like it).
I'll be posting my list asap, which will always get updated (which can either be a good or bad thing). Do you have a list too? Let me know what you've been wanting to try.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Thanks for reading!

The Ever Elusive Foundation
I was quite surprised to find
a drugstore one that semi works for me. Semi, because while it does cover a bit
of redness on my cheeks, I feel that over time, and in certain lighting, I look
like I have a terrible fake tan. In other words, I look like an ompa lumpa (though
I’m told it’s just my imagination…who knows). That & the price was pretty reasonable, considering it doesn't cost anywhere near the ones sold in department stores.
Having
said that, I still feel that investing in a high end foundation is a
worthy investment. However, I can’t help but cringe a little at the thought of doing so.
Not necessarily because of the price, but the process of finding one that will
cooperate with me. (Speaking prices, I can’t help but wonder what the bloody
h*** makes it so freaking expensive! Other than the brand, & packaging, why
is it so ridiculously pricey? It’s like they put unicorn tears, or fairy dust
in or something! ..*end of rant*..). However I might just get lucky with bareMinerals.
I’ve browsing their site, and I think there are a couple shades that may just
possibly work for me (that is if I’m lucky). I’ll let you know which one it is,
and if it works out for me on another post.
Have you found the one that
works for you?
Thanks for reading!
